Due to the specialized nature of laboratory and research materials, all sales made through Peptides R Us are considered final. Please review this Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Peptides R Us are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been submitted and payment has been successfully processed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, quantities, shipping information, and all other order information before completing checkout.

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of confirmed delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the products and packaging
  • A description of the issue
  • Any other information reasonably requested by our support team

Claims submitted after this review period may not be eligible for resolution.

3. Resolution Process

If an order issue is verified by Peptides R Us, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the affected item
  • Issue store credit
  • Issue a refund for the affected item only

Peptides R Us reserves the right to determine the most appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of each claim.

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, or store credit.

4. Shipping & Carrier Issues

  • Peptides R Us is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including:

    • Carrier delays
    • Severe weather
    • Transportation disruptions
    • Customs or border processing
    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

    Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address and contact information are accurate before completing an order.

    Packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier are generally not eligible for refunds or replacements due to theft, misplacement, or loss occurring after delivery confirmation.

    Customers should contact the applicable shipping carrier directly regarding delivery disputes whenever appropriate.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot normally be cancelled once they have been submitted and payment has been processed.

  • Improperly handled
  • Opened or altered
  • Reconstituted or combined with third-party materials
  • Used outside appropriate laboratory research practices
  • Exposed to conditions that may compromise product integrity
