Important FDA Regulatory Distinction

In September 2025, FDA granted accelerated approval to Forzinity (elamipretide) injection, a specific prescription drug product manufactured by Stealth BioTherapeutics, for improving muscle strength in certain patients with Barth syndrome weighing at least 30 kg.
